Most definitely! You can manage your subscription in your MoLove account, which includes being able to swap items, modify delivery dates and more. Log in to manage your subscription. 

You can cancel your subscription at any time with just a few clicks by logging into your account here.

Absolutely! You can choose from 30, 60, or 90-day delivery intervals. Simply log in to your account to manage your subscription and switch to your preferred frequency.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal for subscriptions. 

All subscriptions ship within two business days after you are billed. You will receive a notification when your order ships and generally you will receive your order within 3-4 business days in Germany, 3-7 days in the EU and UK and 1-2 weeks in the USA.

Absolutely! Just log in to your account and you can add products to your order, including one-time purchases. You can also add more products to your recurring subscription. 

Anytime! Just log in to your MoLove account and select ‘Skip’ to skip a delivery. 

Of course! Log in to your account to manage your subscription and edit your delivery date.

You definitely can as long as there is no fine print that states that the discount code can’t be applied to subscription orders. Just log in to your account, click ‘Apply discount’, and enter your code.

While we can't apply gift cards automatically at checkout, you can still use them for subscriptions. Just drop us an email at orders@molove.com, and we’ll make sure your gift card is applied to your subscription.

When we have new product samples to share, they will come with your subscription order. You will receive early access to new products and merch releases via email. Make sure to add us to your contact list, so we don’t go to spam. 😱
