Tracking your order is simple.

2) Track Your Order: Enter this number on the carrier's website to see the current status of your delivery.

For pre-orders, out-of-stock items, and new releases, we ship all orders in the order in which we've received them. If any delays with restocking occur (i.e. force majeure), we’ll notify you asap.

We've partnered with Boomerang to ship our domestic orders using eco-friendly, secure multi-use packaging 🌸. These packs can be reused at least 50 times, significantly reducing our CO₂ footprint.
