Return Policy

We understand that our products may not be for everyone. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. After receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Items returned without following our authorized return process will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Costs and Refunds

The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns within Germany incur a fee of 3,95 EUR. For international returns costs vary by country. Customs charges may apply for international returns.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items 

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or partially consumed food or supplement products. 

Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

If you just placed your order, you can still edit it before it goes into fulfilment. Click here to modify or cancel your order.

You can also access our Order Editing service through your order confirmation email by clicking on 'Make Last Minute Changes'.

If your order has already entered the fulfilment process, you can refuse the delivery or return it once received.

If your product arrived damaged, we’ll send you a free replacement. Please contact us at support@molove.com or through our support chat. 

No worries! If the item is unopened and in its original condition, we accept returns within 30 days, minus the shipping cost.
